Orders and Delivery
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be cancelled prior to receipt of a confirmation email from Unveiling Beauty. Please note that it will not be possible to cancel after this.
- What do I do if an item is missing from my order?
Please email with your order details and we will look into this for you.
- What happens if I receive the wrong order?
Please email to inform us of the error, then return your incorrect item back to us in its original packaging to Unveiling Beauty, 85 Great Portland Street, First floor, London W1W 7LT. We will cover your postage costs.
- What if my package is lost?
If your package is showing as delivered, but you’ve not received it, please email and we will into it for you. Once we have dispatched your item, we will send you an e-mail. If you haven't received your order within the specified time of delivery requested please email us.
- Do you offer wholesale orders?
We sure do! Please email us at email@example.com for a price list if you have any questions. Our turnaround time is approximately 5-7 working days depending on the size of the order.
- Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?
Currently, we deliver to the UK and Europe. We do not cover regional tax charges if they arise. Deliver charges can be found on our delivery page.
- Can I return my order?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on earrings. However, if your earrings, necklace or bracelet is faulty, please email us.
Where an item is sent back, please be aware you will be required to cover the postal fees.
- Can I make an exchange/refund?
As all items are made to order or customised, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
- Where do you make your accessories?
All of our jewellery is made by hand in the UK.
- What materials are your accessories made from?
Our statement jewellery items are made from polymer clay. Our pearl accessories are made by Swarovski. We use sterling silver earring backs and posts, stainless steel jump rings. Please check the individual product pages for more information.

- Do you offer discount on multiple item purchases?
We believe our prices reflect the craftsmanship that is put into each individual piece. If you want to discuss wholesale orders, please feel free to email us.
